Automatic Bobbin Cutting Machine

The cardboard tube core cutter machine has a fully automatic core loading system. The automatic loading system feeds the rollers into the cutting bed, cutting the cores along a motorised cutting track. The cores are cut to the programmed sizes that have been set up in the HMI colour touch screen. The machine is built for longevity with very sturdy sub frames.

Our machine consists of 3 groups :

1. Automatic feeding unit
2. Product pushing unit and
3. Automatic core cutting system

You can reduce your costs to a minimum by cutting the cardboard tube cores in the dimensions you want. After cutting, the chopped cores are automatically transferred to the storage box.
